Chandra Lynn nominated me for the Three Quotes in Three Days challenge. This is day three.

The rules are simple:

  1. Thank the person who nominates you
  2. Post one quote per day for 3 consecutive days
  3. Nominate three new bloggers each day

Thank you Chandra!

I nominate:

Juana Almaguer
Katie Jeanne Wood
Jill Hejl – Live, Draw, Paint

I recently realized that I stopped receiving post notifications from Jill, and Katie. I have no idea for how long. I re-upped and will catch up later this week. Has that happened to anyone else? I could be losing my mind, but I do not think I would unsubscribe.

Blustery day today. Out and about, I took notice of the trees swaying, bouncing and bowing.

Mingus was missing today. Cloudy and hinting at rain. A few small drops here and there. Poked through just before sunset. Just before the sky turned a weird shade of mauve.

Don’t think about making art, just get it done.
Let everyone else decide if it’s good or bad,
whether they love it or hate it.
While they are deciding, make even more art.

When I finished last night, I thought these were a hot mess. Today, well they are not good. But they are done. I was having more fun with the skies. But even they did not turn out as nice as I’d hoped. Still, these are all fixable. Workable. I will be revisiting the 100 when the “days” are through, and reworking them as needed.
