Color is my day-long obsession, joy and torment.
Claude Monet

This was a highly successful learning tool. A successful painting. Not so much. In my opinion it is stiff, dark and lacks the organic quality a scene like this should have. In my mind was my Day 8 field of flowers. The loose arrangement, bright colors, the free flowing forms.

I was too in my head with this one. And I started backwards. Major mistake. I started with the greens, and then added the blooms. Because it was not going the way I had planned, I decided to try, cartoony. Well, sometimes mix and match works. And sometimes it doesn’t. Haha.

It counts as creative. Because I kept going. I didn’t quit. I experimented. I went with the flow.
I did the work. And the sky is not too bad. Haha.

Happy creating everyone! We made it through another challenge. We set a goal, and made the commitment. The end of the tunnel is near. That is something to smile about. 🙂

Everybody born comes from the Creator trailing wisps of glory. We come from the Creator with creativity.
I think that each one of us is born with creativity.

Whether you succeed or not is irrelevant,
there is no such thing.
Making your unknown known is the important thing.

Ever tried. Ever failed.
No matter.
Try Again. Fail again. Fail better.

Gardening is learning, learning, learning.
That’s the fun of them. You’re always learning.

and tend the soil is to forget ourselves.
