Wonderful! I could look at this for hours and not get bored, the mark of a good abstract. Series in these colors and style please. I was wondering where I could put a big print of it, but then it would be fabulous drapes, pillows or a throw.
Oh! I like the idea of drapes. I am working on a few more. Mainly as a way to catch up on the challenge. Also because it was fun to do. Thanks for the ideas Sea, and the request 😉
Wow Sheila! Really! This is incredible! I love everything about this piece. I see so many things in your composition – a dog, Wally, people, love. And on top of it, it has this nice 70s vibe. Beautiful. I would like a print please (the original I may not be able to afford). 🙂
So glad you love it! 70’s huh? Love that Christiane 🙂 Yeah, you are right. There is a hint of lava lamp there. Ha ha ha. I saw a rabbit and a dog, cool that you see so much more 🙂
I will let you know when I post it on Society6. Likely not until the end of the challenge. Thanks for your interest Christiane 😉
Wonderful, vibrant colours! I see a coral reef – up close (maybe microscopic?) and all those tiny details you have added and those beautiful large circular shapes just draw me in and my eye moves around this beautiful composition! Love it Sheila!!
Thank you Kyla. 🙂 I stopped receiving yours as well. I don’t know how that happens, but it has happened to me with several other artists as well. So glad to have you back, and see your blog again too 🙂
First thing I said was “Oh, I like it” Doesn’t matter if it is happy accidents, what matters if the completion and overall look and you nailed it. Perfect colors too. Go for it and Liberate your art!!
That’s great to hear Nelvia, thanks 😉 I love that these interesting shapes and overlaps were mostly accidental, and unplanned. I can’t claim control. That part was pure fun and experimentation. 🙂
Sheila, this is fantastic! Love the palette–the beautiful deep reds/purples with the accents of deep orange, the greys, the green…but it’s the marks, the inventive cell-like circles in the foreground, the waves of a distant sea (at least for me), and the vibrating lines around the circles that really make this special!!!
Yay, so glad it works Laurelle. Everything here is accidental. Well, mostly. I used a lid for the larger circles, and a paintbrush protector top for the smaller ones. The small size produced solid circles some of the time. When I lifted the tube, I think the suction created made the paint spread.
The sea, well I see water too. Accidental too. The soft brush pen makes it easy to make those fun marks. As for the circle lines, I knew this was not complete, but did not know what to add. I added the lines, and done ;o)
Happy painting Laurelle 🙂
Very nice to enjoy your sight, player!
Thank you Eva, I like these as well 🙂
This looks great Sheila!!!! Good for you for keeping up with the challenge!
LOL, thanks Marcela 😉

WOW, thanks for that Janet. Roaming eyes! Awesome! Coral reef… I love that 😉
Wow! This one sure is bold! There is lots happening in this Sheila – I bet it was fun to do.
It was fun Val 😉 Giving up control and just letting things happen.
WOW!! Beautiful.
Ah, thanks Lana 🙂
Really letting your hair down! I see an orange dog flying through the clouds!
I thought it was a bunny at first Carol. I see more of those around here. LOL Happy creating to you 🙂
Finally seeing your blogs again, not sure what happened. Love the colors and bubbles in this one!!
