Oh do try Carol 🙂 Inktense is great in that once they are dry, they are permanent. So you can layer without worry about moving the color underneath. 🙂
This was a fun sky and the marks on the mountain were fun, although not try to life at all. Thanks so much for your generous compliment, and thanks for taking time to catch up with some of these 🙂
I’m fascinated by the way the white reads as sky, the blue as clouds—totally love it. Further love the way the sky and clouds dapple the mountain as sunlight and shadow in graduated values of gray.
My few minutes of dabbling in watercolors on Thursday has heightened my appreciation for your work, Sheila : )
Had to look again Dotty, interesting! I hope you had fun, and will continue to play/learn/experiment/pursue watercolor. 🙂 And always feel free to ask me stuff too 😉 Enjoy!
Your skills are out of this world! May try my ink intense watercolor pencils! A medium that I have shied away from!

A wonderful sky Sheila and I like the light/dark effect on the top of the mountain – very interesting.
Thanks Val, so glad to hear. 🙂 I was thinking I should have kept working the sky, but I forced myself to stop.
