I did it. Wrong! So laughing at myself, because I just now caught it. I was so into the creating, I was not reading. I meant it to read, One love. As in the U2 song. Aye-yi-yi. Oh well, no one will know if I don’t say anything. Shhhh. Still works.
This went back and forth. Scanned it five times, to see what it needed. I don’t usually do that. But for some reason, viewing it on the screen helped me see what was missing. I almost named it Chaos. Maybe I got to busy? But it certainly reflects the day I have had. And I find that interesting.
The end of week one. And I mentioned a giveaway didn’t I. Pretty simple. I am going to choose a day, and then a name from that days comments. Papers in a cup. 1-7, and then all the names from the chosen day. Make sense? It’s late so I might be typing gibberish. The chosen person, can choose from one of the three paintings shown in this post. I will be doing a giveaway each week this month.
Great art to see at Leslie’s 30 In 30 Blog!

For what it’s worth – I don’t think it is too busy – this is such a great palette you are using and the bits of collage add that extra touch.
Thank you Janet, good to hear, LOL. I do love those colors 🙂
You’re so creative!
Aww, so kind of you Lana, thank you 😉 Your quilts are amazing and creative too!
In some countries they read from the right to the left, so I don’t see a problem here. 🙂
True enough Katie 😉 hahaha
Reminds me of spring rain! Love the bright colors!
Oh I like that Carol! 😉
It is interesting that we all see something different . For me this piece is full of energy and the colours make me think of spring. As for the message – the chaos of love fits right in – lol. Have a great day Sheila.
I love that you see Spring Val. You are the second to mention it I believe. The palette I chose for the challenge is really much more muted. That it has transformed into something bright and cheerful in these pieces is interesting to me. Wishing you a great, and creative day too Val 😉
I’m standing on my head in the corner listening to one love on my ear buds. Does that do anything for the contest? :}
I think it’s great you’re creating every day!
Yes, but are you also patting your stomach and rubbing your left knee? LOL. :)) I had to listen to it while writing the post. I always enjoy painting daily for the challenge, and I admire artists who do it year round. Really enjoyed your sunrise goodbye Dave. 🙂 Stay warm on your next morning escapade!
I love Your layering, Sheila! Your composition and textures are dreamy. Beautiful, much like you!❤️
Trang you are so kind. Thank you for your generous critique my friend 😉 Happy creating to you!
Soft movement. This is peaceful. My eye went right to “love”. So sweet, Sheila!
Love that you find it peaceful. Nice to know about the “love”. Happy painting to you Laurie!
The Easter parade just keeps on coming : ) Given snow and sleety rain in our forecast in my neck of the woods, I am so grateful for your color palette and playful springlike energy, Sheila. A favorite bit of this piece is that what might look like chaos at first glance is in fact love, one love. Fun that you’re doing a give away!
I started all of these at the same time, and I am having fun with the palette. So glad you are enjoying it too Dotty.
I keep hoping that maybe we will get a late snow, or some rain, or something. LOL. If I could, I would trade you weather for a day or two, 😉 Good luck in the drawing Dotty 🙂
Your pieces stimulate my imagination. I see the shape of a woman gazing down with “love one” in her heart at her child. This is your most emotional piece this week.
Cool idea for the giveaway!!
Such a wonderful interpretation Laurelle, thank you! It’s a blessing! I love what your heart sees! And that you see emotion…
It was an emotional day. I am surprised to find out, I laid it all right there in my work. Making me think Laurelle my friend!
Delightful paintings! They make me happy:)
Thank you Annmarie! Good luck in the drawing 😉
You use beautiful, fine colors in your pictures. In addition, it gives a cheerful mood, which is very good in these cool times.
So glad you see cheerful Eva 🙂 Happy week two, Enjoy!
