Really excited about filling my Sketchbook. There are 110 pages to look forward to! This is Inktense pencils and water-soluble Neocolor crayons. I picked up this tiny, about 2.5 inches, pot at Michaels yesterday. They had double coupons, so it was about 95 cents. How could I resist. A smile and a bit of greenery for my desk.
I’d love to have a few small, live, succulents scattered around. I might try again. I can grow plants outdoors, but indoors is another story. And you do you know how hard it is to kill a succulent? Disaster. Ha ha.
I played with the greens, just because I could. Can you tell I had fun? The plant is actually more of a fresh celery green.
Happy weekend friends!
It does look like you had fun, Sheila.
Succulents are pretty easy to grow, aren’t they?
They are extremely easy to grow Katie. Pretty much indestructible. But I manage to just the same. LOL. Still, I have been wanting some since we moved, there are so many wonderful desert plants in the area
Lovely plant, I think I have one in my garden. (term used loosely) Have to get out my ink intense pencils. Got a gift of a canson sketch pad.
Oh fun Carol! Yes do! And be sure to post all for us
So cute! It is good to play with greens as it make a piece look much more interesting. A long time ago I grew some succulents from seed. My mother-in-law kept one for many years but all of mine died. I do better with normal plants in the house. Happy creating Sheila!
So glad you think so Val
I recently started following a site on IG, that sells succulent seeds. Awfully tempting, as they have so many lovely varieties
