Wanted to play, so I reached for some crayons. Caran d’Ache Neocolor II. A few minutes of fun before turning off the lights.
I think I am feeling fickle. That word comes to mind. Making many starts. Just playing really. Mixing colors. Made some mud.
Knee deep in three projects. And class starts next week. I will be sharing that with you. I am excited! Have a great weekend!
Love the ‘mud,’ Sheila, and your capricious crayon cavorting!
Just got home from our 10 days away a short while ago after 11 hours on the road … and you were waiting in my mailbox to welcome me home! I am so excited to have my new SMD bookmark. Serendipitously and awesomely, it color coordinates with the cover of the book I have next in queue to read : )
Thank you, dear friend!
So glad it arrived. That is serendipitous indeed 🙂 11 hours, now that is a drive. Hope you had a restful evening 🙂 Thank YOU dear Dotty, for visiting my blog as often as you do 🙂 have a stupendous week!
I LOVE crayons. They are by far my favorite! Love the start! Great colors! You can also use your ink intense pencils with these. I also signed up for that free class with Laly Mille! Caran’d ache also has neocolor I, oil wax based.
I did mix some inktense on the next one I am going to post. I really like the grainy bits of color that are left. I have want to try the oil crayons too. Just to see what you can do with them. Yay – Can’t wait to see what you create in class Carol 🙂
What fun! I am seeing the start of a super mountain scene with touches of snow and even a few faces peeking out. I don’t play enough! Have a great weekend Sheila.
LOl, I was wondering is anyone would see the faces. And mountains… seeing the same thing Val! Hope your weekend is great too Val. 🙂
