Only 12 more days left. How does that sound to you, 30 in 30 artists? Doable? Or daunting? I still have plenty of ideas. More palette knife practice, some watercolor. Nope, the ideas haven’t dried up yet. No problem there.
I have however, fallen behind on my blog visits and pinning pieces to my challenge board. I was behind to start. Caught up nicely, and fell behind again. Oh well. I did manage to paint a couple of extra pieces today. Feel good about that. Today’s painting is not showing nearly as pretty as it is in person.

Gorgeous works at my challenge Pinterest board!
Very peaceful, Sheila. I myself am finding it very difficult to post daily. I know you have said that the importance is to do something daily and I am, but I feel a bit silly posting things that are in process. It makes me feel very exposed.
I can understand that Laurelle! I have never painted in front of an audience, or anything like that. In public where people can walk by. I have a friend who does large pastels, and she posted her WIP’s over the several days it takes her. I thought it took guts myself. No rules remember. You don’t have to post daily 🙂
Lovely colours in this one Sheila
Thank you Val 🙂 Glad you like it 😉
Beautiful gradients! Had a calm effect and let’s the mind wander and wonder!
Love that thought Carol, thank you! 🙂 I think it is showing better on Instagram, but maybe it is just my blurry eyes. LOL. Can’t wait to visit your blog today 🙂
Sheila, Sunday Morning Easy is calling out to me to paint Monday Afternoon Easy today! I love the uncomplicated feeling of this piece, its peacefulness, its directness, but also, all the while, its quietly offering subtle nuances and movement. Hits the spot, I tell ya!
Wow Dotty, thanks 🙂 This was the third one I painted, finally got the feeling right 😉 I am loving those warm whites right now 🙂 glad they appeal to you as well. Happy Monday afternoon painting Dotty!
