Still having fun with the Mingus Mountains to the east. I have so many ideas, collage, layering, textures. But I need some wood panels. Think that would be better than paper or canvas. I wouldn’t have to be so delicate. Played with the shapes on this. I tilted the lines, and I like it. Lined with pencil.
Each time I look to the mountains they are new. Partly cloudy day makes for constant changes in the view. Today the field in front turned a perfect platinum blonde. (Photos taken on the 21st.)

Nice photos – what a beautiful part of the world you live in. Your watercolour is lovely too – very expressive shapes and great colour.
Glad you enjoyed them Janet 🙂 These colors have been part of my palette for a while now. I really enjoy working with them.
So glad site is up again. What a wonderful view and I am sure the mountains change with every hour. In the photos they seem so far away, Love the colors ans simplicity….
