One is too light.
The other is too dark.
The flowers in both,
look stale and day old.
Hoping tomorrow
will be more successful.
Fixable maybe.
Add color to one.
Take away from the other. Wipe out the centers
and try again.
Sounds like a few of us had problems today. Comforting
to know I am not alone in the struggle to be better.
Happy
successful painting
everyone!

I think so many times we are so hard on ourselves….. Plus some days things just flow out of the brush while some other days it takes more “labour” to squeeze them out of there. 🙂 Good for you to showing up to the studio day after day….
To you as well Marcela! Your work is so complex… it amazes me what you can do in a day! Have fun today 🙂
I really like the flowers and they don’t look stale. They pop.
Thank you Lana, thanks for visiting 🙂
Nah! They are both wonderful. These are the ones that will be the first to sell. That always happens with my work when I don’t like it. 🙂
Thanks Sea. I have heard you say that before, thanks for the reminder! Happy day to you 🙂
Both bookmarks say, Good morning! Here comes the sun! : )
Good Morning is… good! Happy painting today Dotty 🙂
I like both. Don’t you think that you are a little hard on yourself.
I probably am Carol. Glad you like them, thanks for visiting!
Hi Sheila, Thank you for you nice comment about my anza hills. Looks like you are up late painting tonight too. Remember, what Leslie says – its not about creating a great masterpiece each day its about getting into your studio on a regular basis and enjoying the process. Happy painting – bobbie
You are right Bobbie 🙂 I have been painting late all week. Have fun today 🙂
