We have had snow here before. It was about ten years ago, and it was light. Didn’t last long.
This snow has been coming down for at least a couple of hours. I have been painting, and listening to the wind howling. I thought it was just raining, so I did not bother to lift the blinds and look.
The news mentioned snow in the Cajon pass, and in the mountains. But that is not unusual. Snow in Wildomar, that is downright bizarre.
Have a Happy and SAFE New Year’s Eve!
I guess it did snow in Las Vegas too!
So crazy huh 🙂 But we all need the water, so it is a good thing, as long as no one gets hurt.
We Got a little snow here last night. I like it! But it means I can’t leave the house 🙁
Hope it doesn’t last long Kat 🙂
Happy New Year! May you have good health, prosperity, and many blessings. 🙂
Thank You Teresa! May you have a joyful and blessed New Year!
Wow!
ha ha That is what we have been saying Karin!
Well, there’s climate change at work. Happy New Year to you Sheila. I have enjoyed all your posts and look forward to more in 2015.
That is true Susan :-/ Hope you have a super New Year! I look forward to what 2015 has in store for you as well 🙂
How fun–if you don’t have to drive in it. I grew up in Las Vegas, and I can’t remember if it ever snowed there. I do remember that someone went up into the nearby mountains, filled his pick up truck with snow, and then spread it all over the front yard of our next door neighbor. That way the little boy who lived there could wake up Christmas morning to a “white” Christmas. So I guess it did snow there once a year!
How fun for the little boy! I do have to go out later, but I don;t have to go far, and I can stay off the freeway. It is melting, so it will be slushy out. I will take the camera and get some shots of the hills 🙂
