I kept it simple today, and I was able to paint three postcards. I’ll keep the others to myself for now, in case I need them for this challenge. I am still trying to lighten up and work loose. I was successful.

I used up the last bits of color I had left on my palette from yesterdays work. I resisted the urge to add more pigment. Very little paint forced me to work in soft layers.

Hard to believe we are nearing the halfway point in Leslie’s 30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge. Time does indeed fly when you are having fun!

You have done well and stayed loose. AND you are ahead with a few extras to boot! I wish I could say that! I love the softness of this one Sheila. Keep up the good work. Have a happy painting weekend! 😀

Wow, you most definitely captured the delicate soft look of each flower petal that makes up the whole blossom. This one looks like the sun is shining thru it and makes it appear even more real like and gentle. Beautiful job, Sheila.

    Have a Super Fun Weekend!!

    Happy Painting for Day 11 & 12!!!
