This was done on a scrape piece of watercolor paper. Every scrap is sacred. I did this before the challenge, I still have more work to do on the paintings sitting on my desk, and I just won’t have time to finish them today. I wanted to post, in case I don’t get home until late this evening.
Hope you all enjoy the weekend!
Oh Sheila, this is so good! I didn’t know you paint landscape, too. Well done! Love the colours especially!
Thanks so much Lucy! I really enjoyed painting this one.
Sheila, your watercolors are so gorgeous!!! I’m loving your 30 in 30 challenge!
Thanks so much Kimberly! Thank You! So glad you are enjoying it, I am having so much fun. I have 7 paintings started that I need to work on. I hope I can keep the habit of painting every day. I think I read somewhere that it takes three weeks to form a new habit, so I am hoping. 🙂
Oh! This is SO pretty! Your colors are great! The composition is wonderful. Looks like a special place to have a picnic!
Good luck with Day #15!
Have a wonderful weekend!!
Joan
Thank You Joan, I am so in love with the work you have been doing! Your faces are so great! Thanks for stopping by, I know you had a busy day.
You always beat me to the Challenge Sheila! 😉 I haven’t started so better get painting. I also wanted to agree that every piece of that wonderful, expensive paper is sacred. Have a good one!
My paintings are so much more simple than yours Karen, that could be why. I can’t wait to see what you are working on next! Enjoy your painting time!
